The package includes: • 30-45 minute webinar presentation (stand-alone) +15-30 minutes Q&A session • Promoting webinars among targeted audience using inhouse database as well as various social media channels • Graphic design as appropriate for promotional materials • Registration management of interested delegates • Sending reminders to registered delegates • Verifying the quality of delegates registered • Moderating the event with lineup of speakers as per schedule • Managing presentation files & product videos • Preparing speakers with webinar platform and presentation structure • Managing Q&A session • Using inhouse webinar platform • Coordinating with delegates who experience difficulties in getting access • Creating final video after webinar completion • Survey of delegates on webinar content & needs • Participants list of webinar

Remarks: • Speakers are required to submit final version of PowerPoint presentation or video files 7 days before webinar date. • Speakers must have microphone and highspeed internet facility with their computer notebook • Speakers should be available for rehearsal few days before schedule date to understand about workplan and operating webinar smoothly. • Speakers are also encouraged to show technology videos during the presentation. • Speaker must be proficient in ENGLISH and is able to make presentation in ENGLISH only. • Webinar date and time schedule will be arranged with mutual convenience and targeted zones. • TechnoBiz team will moderate and manage whole session. • 100% advance payment is required as per cost proposal. • The maximum allowed capacity of delegates is 450
